Questions about pricing
Who counts as an officer for billing?
Every active officer, supervisor, records and chief account at the end of the month. Auditor accounts and prosecutor's office users are not billed.
What does onboarding cover?
Verifying your ORI, connecting your RMS and filing destinations, setting up CAD import, signing the CJIS Security Addendum, the fingerprint roster, checking your phones are under MDM, and training your agency admin.
How do we pay?
By monthly invoice, paid by ACH or check.
What do you provide for purchasing?
A written quote, W-9, security overview and the CJIS Security Addendum.
Do we need new phones?
No new hardware. The iPhone app needs iOS 17 or later on phones your agency manages with MDM.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You receive a full export with a manifest of file hashes. Our copy is destroyed only once your retention schedules and legal holds allow it, and you receive a certificate.
